If you compare apples to apples, it ends up being more economical to work with us than organizing it yourself, and the outcome is better.
How is that possible?
Since we constantly work with the suppliers of food, lodging and activities, we get a better price and we know our partners expertise and under what circumstances and situations they really shine.
It is easy to fall into the trap of using your own personnel to plan the meeting or event, but that’s not where their expertise is. We on the other hand work exclusively with planning and organizing meetings and events.
With Ocean Group you get your own contact person who is responsible to assist you throughout the whole process from beginning to end. Of course it is perfectly fine if there are parts you prefer to handle yourself. We always work closely with the client to ensure that the goals of the meeting or the event are in focus.
